Value Kits
As Renee worked with educators and parents over the years, she became aware of the need for items that would remind children of their worth. So she made available a line of “You’re Terrific” and “I’m Terrific!” products that teachers, principals and parents could give to their students and children as they taught self-esteem. One day while speaking to a social services executives conference, Renee was told of the intense need for these types of items to be present in the lives of children…as well as the elderly…who had been beaten, neglected and abandoned. With their encouragement, Renee launched Value Kits™.
The kits are lightweight backpacks filled with assorted items that can bring hope, a little joy and a sense of being special and valuable to abused children…at a time when their world is unstable at best and unbearable at worst.
