When looking at ways to help those in need, ask yourself if this could be a place where helping others fulfill their destinies also helps you to fulfill part of your own. Many options exist to get involved. WOVEN needs people like you to invest compassion, intellect, finances, time and creativity to meet the needs of women and their children. Outlined below are just several of many different ways you can help.

• Invite us to speak – whether you belong to a civic, church or professional organization, help us spread the word about WOVEN.
• Tell others about us – Tell someone you know about WOVEN. You  have your own world where you live and function that we will never know…unless you introduce us.
• Host a WOVEN event – Ask us how you can host an Hour to Empower Luncheon or Dinner Series in your area…or even start a WOVEN Chapter.
• Pray – Your prayer support is very important to us all.
• Give - We cannot serve women and their children locally nor globally without your financial contributions.

Donations
You may also want to give a donation that is directly related to a specific event, person or group.

• Tribute - Pay a tribute to a friend or family member of your love and respect.
• Celebration - Honor a friend or relative on their birthday or other special occasion.
• In Memory – Give in memory of a loved one who has passed.
• Monthly Commitment – Give through your financial planning.
• Benefactor - Include a contribution to WOVEN in your will.

Employer Matching
Employer matching gift programs are a great way to increase the power of your donation to WOVEN. Many employers encourage their employees to support non-profit organizations by offering to match employee donations. Here is how you can participate:

1. Ask if your employer has a Matching Gift Program in place.
2. Obtain the donation application from your Human Resources Department or company website.
3. Complete the Matching Gift Donation application form and mail to: WOVEN, P.O. Box 29253, Richmond, VA 23242
4. WOVEN will complete its part of the form and send it to your employer.
5. Your employer will send the matching donation to WOVEN.
